Daniel founded Eldmark Capital after recognizing a fundamental limitation in the way he initially approached real estate investing: acquiring properties one at a time using only his own time and capital could build wealth, but it was difficult to scale.
That realization changed the way he thought about real estate. Instead of asking what he could acquire on his own, he began focusing on what could be accomplished by bringing together the right properties, capital, experience, and people.
That shift led him to multifamily real estate and ultimately to the creation of Eldmark Capital.
Today, Daniel focuses on building relationships with property owners, brokers, investors, and experienced operating partners to identify and pursue multifamily opportunities. His approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, direct communication, responsible stewardship of investor capital, and relationships designed to extend beyond a single transaction.
For Daniel, building Eldmark is about more than accumulating properties. His long-term objective is to create financial freedom that provides greater control over his time, allows him to be present with his family, and creates opportunities for the people who choose to work alongside him.
He believes growth requires being willing to think bigger, take calculated risks, seek out people with greater experience, and act when worthwhile opportunities arise. Eldmark Capital is an extension of that philosophy: build responsibly, continue learning, create value, and leave the people and properties involved better than they were before.
